We are seeking compassionate Direct Support Professionals to provide hands-on assistance to individuals with developmental disabilities and behavioral health needs in their homes and communities.
- High school diploma or GED required
- Valid AZ driver's license and reliable transportation
- CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities preferred
- Background clearance required, including fingerprint card
Support individuals experiencing behavioral health challenges through evidence-informed strategies, skill-building, and compassionate one-on-one care.
- Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, or related field preferred
- Experience implementing behavioral support plans
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Crisis intervention training preferred
- Fingerprint clearance card required
As ICC launches Nursing Services, we are looking for Registered Nurses passionate about community-based and home health care.
- Active AZ RN license in good standing
- Home health or community-based care experience preferred
- Experience with pediatric or special needs populations a plus
- Strong documentation and communication skills
- Fingerprint clearance card required
Work one-on-one with individuals to develop and strengthen life skills, increase independence, and support community participation.
- Experience with developmental disabilities required
- Strong goal-setting and documentation skills
- Valid AZ driver's license and reliable transportation
- DDD/AHCCCS experience a plus
- Fingerprint clearance card required
